Our policy statement

Our shared love for the environment drives us to make a positive impact. Periodically, our team undergoes specialized training to ensure we are equipped with the knowledge and skills to effectively reduce our carbon footprint.

Over the years we have developed standards and policies to help us manage a wide range of issues in line with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals, joining the global effort towards environmental and social responsibility.

Discover a summary of our most important policies around environmentally preferable procedures:
  • Give preference to products with clear social responsibility and environmental policies such as low allergenic, non-caustic, non-toxic, and 100% biodegradable cleaning agents.
  • Prioritize products that are locally sourced to reduce emissions.
  • Purchase products in bulk to reduce packaging and plastic waste
  • Seek out refillable containers for cleaning materials
  • Use high-performance, energy-efficient cleaning equipment, and regularly service electric equipment to reduce replacements.
  • Use recycled paper products
  • Use of supplies such as microfiber cloths, mop heads and dusters
  • Encourage customers to adopt environmentally-friendly practices
  • Practice energy conservation by turning off lights when they're not needed and shutting down our computers after work instead of putting them on sleep mode.
  • Order and use drinking water responsibly
  • Encourage the use of public transportation by staff for their commute to the workplace.
  • Wash plates by hand to conserve water.
  • Reduce paper usage through double-sided printing and usage of digital channels to the fullest extent possible.
  • Reduced use of batteries, especially those with high levels of lead, mercury and cadmium.
  • Replacement of single-use plastic cutleries in office with reusable options
  • Placing proper mats at all entryways to trap dirt and other pollutants from entering the building
  • Training & educating staff on proper usage of chemicals and cleaning equipment
  • Carrying out preventive maintenance.
  • Focusing on high traffic “touch-points” such as door handles, faucets, and other areas & surfaces that people frequently come in contact with
  • Enhancing cleaning systems and protocols to eliminate the spread of dirt and germs
